I had my 2023 Polaris HO 450 for a minor warranty issue and another issue was detected by service staff. Brandi Denis from the Service Dept definitely went the extra mile to insure that the proper repairs were undertaken. Brandi was very professional, courteous and is a definite asset to your Service Dept Thank you Brandi and all the staff at the Service Dept.

The customer service was honest, and communication was very good.

On the 11th of July I had a flat on my F800 GS out in Rock Cr. Got decked into Penticton. I pulled the wheel off early on the 12th and Ryan pick me and the we wheel up, the service dept inst a new tube and Ryan had me back in less than an hour. Made Kaslo that afternoon! Ryan and the service staff were great to deal with. A good team. Ryan was esp helpful with planning the day before and assisting the day of. Please thank him again for me.

I am writing to thank-you for the first rate service I received after arriving on a flat deck with a flat tire. Although I did not expect you to have parts for a 1947 Vincent, you did have a tube. The young lady who I phoned was there waiting with the tube. She kindly fetched me some tire irons and showed me where I could get air and was extremely helpful and pleasant. A welcome relief after a flat tire at 70 mph. I want to especially thank her for the help and also to young man who helped me put the wheel back on. Excellent staff and very helpful.

I was thoroughly impressed by Service. especially Brandi and Mel. They went out of their way to assist me when I needed help with new tires while travelling from Ontario. They squeezed me in to get my tires replaced and back on the road in record time. I can't shout their praises loud enough.

I would like to thank everyone at Penticton Honda Center for helping me out on my trip. I grossly overestimated the tread left on my tires and they managed to get me in and on my way with no advanced notice. They are by far the best people I have dealt with for my motorcycle.

Honda was my first work/play ATV in 2005 and worked very well for me and now wanted to to do a trade in / trade up to TRX500 Rubicon CDN Trail. The sales staff was very informative and helpful throughout my very fair purchase process. There was a minor set back regarding the WARN winch spooling lead that comes with it, as it appear designed for snow plow blade use and faced downward. Penticton Honda immediately provided me with the 90 degree facing to ground type designed by another supplier. I would recommend Penticton Honda to anyone wanting excellent service

WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT YOUR STAFF SOLD ME A TIRE ADN INSTALLED IT ALMOST IMMEDIATELY TO GET ME BACK ON THE HIWAY AND TRAVELLING IN SAFETY AND COMFORT AGAIN. THE STAFF THROUGHOUT MY EXPERIENCE WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. INCICENTALLY I DID RUN INTO A SMALL DISTANCE OF RAIN EAST OF GOLDEN AND I KOW THAT OLD TIRE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SAFE ON THAT WET ROAD.
